These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Vaah Zindagi Marketing LLP (“DentistMedia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our website and video-generation platform (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. The Service
DentistMedia lets you generate short marketing videos from images and text you provide, using our templates. You may preview generated videos for free with a watermark. To download a clean, watermark-free video, a payment is required for that specific render.
3. Payments and pricing
- Pricing is per render. Each video you choose to unlock is charged individually, at the price shown for that template at the time of purchase.
- Generating a new video from the same template is a new render and requires a separate payment.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Razorpay.
- Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once a watermark-free video has been unlocked, since the digital product is delivered immediately.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the images, text, and branding you upload (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — for example, to generate, store, and deliver your videos.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to Your Content, and that:
- You have obtained appropriate consent from any individuals (such as patients) appearing in the photos you upload;
- Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
- Your Content complies with all applicable laws and professional regulations.
5. Generated videos
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment where required, you may use the videos you generate for your own marketing and promotional purposes. Free previews are watermarked and are provided for evaluation only.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or infringing;
- Use the Service to create deceptive or fraudulent medical claims;
- Attempt to bypass the watermark, payment flow, or any security or access controls;
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
- Resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.
7. Content retention
Generated videos and their assets are available for 30 days from creation and are then automatically deleted. You are responsible for downloading and backing up any content you wish to keep. We are not liable for content lost after the retention period.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including our templates, software, designs, and brand, is owned by DentistMedia and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or template designs except as necessary to use the videos you generate.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated videos will meet every expectation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DentistMedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
